Before registering a real account, you should read the documents listed below: Each of these documents should be read closely by you. Trading on a real account is prohibited, if you do not agree to any of the documents or any part of the document.

General Client Agreement regulates relations between FxCompany and its clients and establishes order and conditions of work in the company. By opening an account in FxCompany you agree to conditions of this Agreement. After account opening your copy of the agreement will be available in your Personal Area.
FxCompany Trading Operations Rules (PDF, 198 kB.)
Trading Operations Rules constitute an integral part of the Client Agreement. The Trading Operations Rules specifies general trading rules, trading sessions schedule, trading conditions and other issues. By opening an account in FxCompany you agree to conditions of this Agreement. Non-compliance with any of its conditions can result in termination of the contract.
FxCompany Risk Notice (PDF, 249 kB.)
Risk Notice constitutes an integral part of the Client Agreement. It is obligatory that you read about the possible risks of margin trading. Forex is a high-risk investment type and you should be aware of this, you should also know the measure of your responsibility for accepting such risks. By opening an account in FxCompany you accept such conditions and risks.
Rules of making changes in the customer's personal information (PDF, 78 kB.)
Rules of making changes in the customer's personal information is an integral part of the customer agreements and determines customer's personal information to be protected by the company, as well as a list of documents and order them to provide certain employee of the company, if necessary, to modify them.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy (PDF, 284 kB.)
Anti-Money Laundering Policy constitutes an integral part of the Client Agreement. The policy establishes general rules by which FxCompany management is guided implementing anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism funding measures.
FxCompany Account Opening Form (PDF, 170 kB.)
Filling out of an Account Opening Form on paper is optional. Filling out an electronic Account Opening Form is an equal action.
